    Coat the potatoes well with this mixture and place them in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

    When the potatoes are browned, check their readiness by piercing them with a knife or fork. If the injection easily penetrates the soft flesh, the potato is ready. You can turn it over if desired and bake the other side if it is not browned on the bottom. Typically, potatoes fry faster from the bottom because the oil flows there.

My potatoes are not young and large. I cut the potatoes in half, so I didn’t make strips. The potatoes were well baked and soaked in spices.
