STEP 1

How to fry white bread with garlic in a frying pan? Prepare all ingredients. The bread for croutons does not necessarily need to be fresh, so you can safely slice dried, slightly stale bread from yesterday. Place the chopped garlic in a plate, add a teaspoon of olive oil. Stir and microwave for 15-30 seconds at medium power.
STEP 6

Take out the plate with garlic, stir the garlic mass and spread it on the surface of the fried pieces of bread. Sprinkle each piece immediately, while the croutons are hot, with finely chopped fresh dill. Thanks to the addition of dill and garlic, the croutons are very tasty and aromatic; this combination gives a slight mushroom flavor. You can sprinkle with other fresh herbs or mixture if desired.
