Since childhood, I remember the smell of freshly baked bread that filled our house. Mom cooked with love, and each dish became not only food, but also a family tradition. These warm moments around the table taught me the importance of family and bringing people together through cooking. As I traveled the world, I marveled at the diversity of cuisines, and each new recipe inspired me to create something special. My goal is to show that anyone can cook. I believe that the simplicity of cooking comes from a love of ingredients and a connection at the table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Food Service Management at Conestoga College.
