I prepared a warm salad with peppers according to this recipe. Wonderful salad! Incredibly simple and fast. I chose bell peppers in different colors - red, orange, green and yellow. Cleaned and cut the pepper. Simmered in a frying pan in odorless sunflower oil. The pepper retained both color and shape. After I added the garlic to the pan, the smell was fantastic! Then I tried it straight from the frying pan, it smelled really delicious) It’s already delicious! From the greens, I chose fresh parsley and added it at the end. I also salted the salad in the pan with sea salt and a little freshly ground pepper. I placed the warm salad on plates and sprinkled it with roasted sesame seeds. Serve it right away while it’s still warm) Gorgeous salad! Colorful, aromatic, very tasty and quick to prepare! The pepper turned out dense, crispy, slightly simmered and juicy. The salad really brightens up the everyday table. I will definitely repeat this salad and recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to the author!
