STEP 1
How to make a warm pepper salad? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can add vegetables to your taste. For example, add red or regular onions, celery, etc. To make the dish bright and beautiful, take peppers of different colors. Use any vegetable oil suitable for frying.
STEP 2
Wash the bell peppers, dry them, remove seeds and stems. Cut the peppers into strips.
STEP 3
Wash the dill and parsley, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, such as cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bell pepper and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. The pepper should soften slightly, but retain its shape and bright color.
STEP 5
Add garlic cloves passed through a press to the pan with the peppers. Add salt to taste. Fry everything together, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 6
Add chopped herbs to the pan and stir.
STEP 7
Transfer the bell pepper to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately while the salad is still warm. If you wish, you can add any soft cheese to the salad: brined mozzarella, feta, feta cheese, ricotta, etc. Bon appetit!
