STEP 1

How to bake walnut pie in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Wash the walnuts thoroughly and dry them in a dry frying pan or in the microwave.
STEP 2

Using a coffee grinder, blender or other device, grind the walnuts into coarse crumbs. Or you can simply chop the nuts with a knife or roll them in a bag with a rolling pin.
STEP 3

The taste of walnuts harmonizes perfectly with raisins, so it’s worth adding a handful of raisins to the pie. Wash the raisins thoroughly, place in a bowl and pour boiling water over them, leave for 15 minutes. Drain the water from the bowl with raisins, place the raisins in a colander, and let the water drain completely. Then roll the raisins in flour. This is necessary so that the raisins are evenly distributed in the pie during baking.
STEP 4

Beat chicken eggs into a deep container and add sugar. Wash the eggs first in running water with a food grade cleaner.
STEP 5

Using a blender or whisk, beat the ingredients until thick foam forms. if you want the pie to be especially airy, you can separate the whites and yolks from each other and beat them with sugar separately, and then combine the mixtures.
STEP 6

STEP 7

Add flour in parts, each time gently stirring the dough with a spoon, as if lifting the dough from bottom to top, so that the mixture does not settle.
STEP 8

STEP 9

Grease the pie pan with butter. Spoon the dough into the mold, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes. STEP 10
