I replaced the baking powder with soda, which I quenched with fruit vinegar. I cut the nuts with a knife, I wanted it to be felt in the baked goods. When adding flour, I got a little carried away and the dough turned out thicker than the author’s, but I didn’t adjust it in any way, so I baked it. The pie rose well and turned out very tasty.
