Such a simple salad made from simple ingredients and it turned out so delicious. The taste is sweet and sour. The peas and beets are sweet, the pickled cucumber is sour, and the cheese gives a piquant note. To go with this salad, we opened the first jar of cucumbers, which we enjoyed together in the summer with my husband. The salad according to this recipe is an excellent side dish for meat; I ate it as a separate dish for dinner; peas and cheese make it nutritious. I think it can be seasoned with vegetable oil. I prepared Violetta salad with beets and pickles. I prepared the beets in advance in the microwave (quick and convenient). I cut cucumbers, hard cheese and beets into cubes, added canned green peas, chopped garlic, and dressed the salad with mayonnaise. It turned out nourishing, tasty, spicy. It can be served as an addition to the main menu or as a completely independent dish. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
