Very beautiful salad! I also wanted to create this miracle called “violet salad”. I was attracted by the simplicity and beauty of this unusual dish. I prepared the salad itself according to the recipe, replacing only the smoked chicken with boiled sausage. I slightly changed the components of the decoration. In the absence of spinach, I decorated the “pot” with fresh lettuce leaves. I think it turned out beautifully too. Simple ingredients made a very tasty salad. I cut all the ingredients into small cubes and seasoned with sauce, as the author advises. After the salad was soaked, I started decorating. It took just a few minutes, and the salad looks very impressive. I placed the salad in cocotte bowls with a diameter of 10 cm. I placed lettuce leaves and made “violets” from radish circles with a yolk center. Well, there are simply no words! Gorgeous design and so simple! We each received portioned “pots of violets.” Cool!
