Beat the softened butter at high speed, gradually add sugar without stopping the mixer.
STEP 3
Add eight yolks one at a time. Separately, beat the whites taken out of the refrigerator (10 pieces) into a strong foam, add a spoonful of sugar to them.
STEP 4
Carefully combine the yolk and protein mixtures. Add flour one tablespoon at a time, continuing to beat.
STEP 5
Pour the chocolate, previously melted in a water bath, mixed with two tablespoons of water into the dough, again whisking further.
STEP 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake our dough in it for about 40 minutes. Then let it cool and cut it into two halves.
STEP 7
Heat the apricot jam in a water bath and coat both cake layers with it. Cover the entire surface of the cake, including the sides, with chocolate melted in a water bath.
STEP 8
This food is served with hot black coffee.
