If not, then add just a little water (50-60 grams will be enough), mix everything again and continue cooking with the lid on.

At the end of cooking, add chopped herbs and finely chopped garlic to the stew. Mix everything and remove the pan from the heat.

I really liked the recipe for meatless vegetable stew with potatoes and cabbage. It’s easy to do, absolutely anyone can do it! Instead of tomatoes, I took homemade tomato. I added it at the very last stage, when all the other vegetables were already cooked. I also added a little water a couple of times during cooking. From the spices I used ground black pepper and paprika. I didn’t add any greens, but I can say that the stew turned out very tasty, aromatic and nutritious even without the greens!
