Vegetable stew with pumpkin

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We take all the necessary products and follow the recipe on how to prepare a stew of pumpkin and vegetables.
STEP 2
Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes (if the pumpkin is not too young and watery, cut very finely so that it cooks faster).
STEP 3
We cut the onion into thin rings, then throw it into a frying pan with melted butter and simmer (that is, simmer, do not fry) until the onion becomes transparent. At the end, add the squeezed garlic. Cut the sweet bell pepper into half rings and add it to the onion.
STEP 4
Immediately place the raw pumpkin here. Reduce heat, stir and simmer for literally three minutes.
STEP 5
Then remove from the heat, take a rectangular baking sheet, coat it with butter, salt and lay out the vegetable mixture with garlic, bake in the oven for about twenty minutes. Our oven should be heated to one hundred and eighty degrees.
STEP 6
This pumpkin stew can be an ideal side dish for fried meat: pork, beef, veal, poultry. This food also goes well with boiled rice (tested personally).
