Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Grease the dish with vegetable oil. Grate the peeled boiled potatoes on a coarse grater and place in an even layer. Salt, pepper, and sprinkle with vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Place a layer of finely chopped onion on the potatoes, mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
STEP 3
Place raw carrots, grated on a coarse grater, mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the onion.
STEP 4
Place boiled beets on top of the carrots, grated on a coarse grater and mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Grate the apple, peeled and cored, on a coarse grater, mix with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and place on the beets.
STEP 6
Place finely chopped garlic mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on top of the apple.
STEP 7
Finely chop the egg white and mix with 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Place on top of the garlic.
STEP 8
Sprinkle the carefully folded layers with egg yolk. You can decorate with greenery.
STEP 9
Place the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bon appetit.
