Since childhood, a warm atmosphere has always reigned in the kitchen - my grandmother baked pies, and my mother prepared Uzbek pilaf, filling the house with magical aromas. These moments became the foundation of my passion for cooking. I draw inspiration from travel and the diversity of world cuisines: every dish is a story connected to culture and family. My goal is to show that everyone can cook, and it’s not just a necessity, but a joy! The simplicity of the recipes and affordable ingredients make cooking amazingly fun, and I'm ready to share it with you.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Centro de Formación en Hostelería y Turismo.
