I often make these flatbreads. They sometimes replace bread and sometimes go well with tea and coffee. They turn out very tasty. You can make different fillings. I tried adding chopped potatoes to the ham. Or just potatoes, or with a boiled egg. They always turn out delicious and are eaten very quickly. Instead of kefir in the dough, I tried fermented baked milk and used different cheeses, but only those that rub well. and I take odorless oil and add it little by little during frying. I don't really like it when they are fat. Bon Appetit everyone.
