    Bring water to a boil, carefully add baking soda and reduce heat. Carefully, one at a time, place them in the pan for 30-40 seconds, they should increase in volume, during which time you can turn them over a couple of times.

I accidentally saw this recipe for Varenka Buns online and without thinking twice I decided to try it. I used the gramme according to the recipe and repeated everything step by step. There is nothing complicated! And in the end, he was rewarded with beautiful-looking and amazing-tasting buns. If only you knew how much the child liked them... It's been a long time since we tasted such yummy food! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Made it yesterday! The result was very beautiful golden brown buns on the outside with a bright pleasant smell....but completely rubbery to the touch and taste!! Although they look porous and beautiful when broken. Sad(
