Instead of a big cupcake, I will bake small cupcakes.

    Take a deep bowl for the dough. When kneading, you can use a whisk or a mixer, I use a whisk. Place room temperature butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix everything until smooth and fluffy.

If you use a silicone mold, there is no need to coat it with butter or margarine.     Pour the batter into your chosen muffin tins, filling them 2/3 full. You can use paper capsules, then you do not need to grease the molds. Place the mold with muffins in an oven preheated to 175°C for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick - it should come out completely dry from the middle of the cupcake. If you are baking one large cake, increase the baking time.
