STEP 1

To prepare delicious buns with sugar and cinnamon, we prepare the necessary products with spices.
STEP 2

To activate, pour eleven grams of fast-acting dry yeast into a mug with five hundred grams of warm milk, add two tablespoons of sugar, four tablespoons of flour, mix well with a whisk and leave for twenty minutes in a warm place.
STEP 3

Break two chicken eggs into a suitable container, put fifty grams of butter, mix with a whisk and add a pinch of salt, four tablespoons of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar, mix all the ingredients well again.
STEP 4

Pour the yeast mixture, which has been well activated in twenty minutes, into a suitable container with the prepared egg mixture and stir.
STEP 5

Sift nine hundred grams of flour into a container through a sieve in parts and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
STEP 6

Start kneading the dough and add a little flour if it sticks to your hands.
STEP 7

Place the dough on a floured table, for convenience, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead it very well for about ten minutes.
STEP 8

Place the prepared dough in a suitable container, cover with a napkin and place to rise in a warm place from thirty to forty degrees, in our case in a warm oven for one hour and ten minutes.
STEP 9

Place the well-risen dough on a table greased with vegetable oil and knead it thoroughly.
STEP 10

We form dough pieces of the same weight and volume for buns in the form of unique balls. For the filling, mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon with four tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Roll out the balls into a flat cake, preferably round, make strips up to five centimeters wide and, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with the prepared filling of sugar and cinnamon to taste.
STEP 11

We roll up our blanks in the form of rolls, braids, cut them and make buns of various shapes of nine types. Place the buns on a baking sheet with parchment and, covering with a napkin, place them in a warm place for forty minutes to proof. Brush the doubled buns with beaten egg and place in an oven preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees for twenty minutes.
STEP 12

We take the baking sheet out of the oven, grease the buns with butter, then cover with a napkin and let them cool.
STEP 13

Place the delicious, tender and aromatic buns on a plate. Happy tea drinking everyone!
