Unusual vegetable salad with salmon

STEP 1
On the eve of the international women's holiday on March 8, we are preparing a trout salad for our beloved ladies. Remove the skin from the chopped trout and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 2
We heat a frying pan with olive oil added to it, which we distribute evenly over it with a brush, after which we send the fish pieces into the frying pan over medium heat, stirring and without moving far from the stove so as not to dry them out.
STEP 3
Transfer the cooked fish to a convenient container.
STEP 4
We begin to thinly and not very finely chop half a red onion, which we place in a large bowl.
STEP 5
Dice the boiled carrots and add them to the bowl with the chopped onions.
STEP 6
Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl with the onions and carrots.
STEP 7
Chop the boiled eggs and add to the bowl with the vegetables.
STEP 8
To give the salad an exquisite piquant taste, chop the pickles and add them to the general container.
STEP 9
Add three tablespoons of mayonnaise to the vegetables.
STEP 10
Very carefully mix all the salad ingredients until smooth.
STEP 11
Place lettuce leaves on two plates, place the prepared salad on them, season it with sauce, add trout pieces and a mixture of peppers to taste.
