Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 1 hr
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the zucchini. Grate the pulp on a coarse grater. Chop the resulting shavings.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Clean and cut the champignons. Peel and chop the onion.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Fry onions and champignons in olive oil.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Blanch frozen green peas by immersing them in boiling water for a few minutes (usually 2-4 minutes, no more). Once the blanching time is up, use a slotted spoon to quickly transfer the peas to a bowl of ice. This stops the cooking process immediately, and the color of the peas remains attractive - rich green.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Finely chop the dill. Grind the chicken breasts along with the fried champignons and onions in a meat grinder. Add zucchini, cheese, dill, and green peas to the minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Using hands dipped in cold water, form the chicken mixture into small balls and place into muffin tins.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the muffins in the oven preheated to 200C. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Finita! Bon appetit!

Nice recipe! Thank you! I really like Adyghe cheese. I think it will add elastic tenderness to these cutlets. I'll definitely make it when the occasion arises.

The recipe is excellent, I don’t even argue! But the main photo brings to me sad associations, some kind of mourning motives. Even the basil there looks like a funeral bow...

I haven’t tried to make snack muffins - they’re always sweet for tea. I saw your recipe and the idea came to mind to use your version as a “to-go” for work! Thanks for the great idea!!!!!

It was very tasty and came out quickly. Only I, in the absence of Adyghe cheese, put mozzarella - delicious!!!

THANK YOU! I made muffins with only one chicken. I was surprised that this one was flourless, but it worked out. I liked this recipe better. My family is delighted!
