Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make turkey soufflé? Measure out the required ingredients. You can take either white fillet or turkey thigh fillet. Take large eggs (category C0).
STEP 2

Wash the turkey fillet and dry it. Cut the fillet into small pieces.
STEP 3

In a blender bowl, grind the fillet until minced. You can pass the fillet through a meat grinder, but using a blender will make the minced meat more tender.
STEP 4

Grate hard cheese on a coarse or fine grater.
STEP 5

Wash the eggs and dry them. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 6

In a container of suitable size, combine the minced meat and yolks, add salt and mix well. When adding salt, consider the saltiness of the cheese.
STEP 7

Add grated cheese to the resulting mixture and stir. If desired, add any spices and seasonings to taste.
STEP 8

In a dry, fat-free container, beat the egg whites at medium mixer speed until soft foam forms. Then increase the speed and beat the whites to a stable mass.
STEP 9

Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped whites into the minced meat.
STEP 10

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place the prepared minced meat and carefully smooth the top.
STEP 11

Bake the turkey soufflé in an oven preheated to 180C for about 30 minutes until lightly browned. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
STEP 12

Cut the finished soufflé into portions and serve. Bon appetit!
