To make it convenient for us to cut meat, we take a very sharp knife. Cut the breast along the grain into thin slices. Their thickness should not exceed 7 mm - if it turns out even thinner, then great. Lightly beat each slice with a kitchen hammer on both sides, add salt and pepper to taste.
