    How to bake turkey medallions? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. To prepare, you will need liquid honey; if you have candied honey, first melt it in a water bath and cool. I use olive oil, but you can also use sunflower oil.

    Rinse turkey medallions under running water and pat dry.

    Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Or chop on a fine grater or with a knife.

    Pour soy sauce into a deep bowl, add liquid honey, olive oil, pressed garlic and ground pepper. Mix the marinade thoroughly. If you wish, you can add your other favorite spices.

    Bake the medallions in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 30 minutes. Then remove the pan from the oven, turn the medallions over and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven.
