Turkey drumsticks with garlic baked in foil

    Prepare the ingredients. To cook turkey drumsticks in foil in the oven, we will need: medium-sized turkey legs or one large one, garlic, a mixture of spices for meat (possibly more specific for turkey), vegetable oil, ground black pepper and salt.

    Wash turkey drumsticks and pat dry with paper towels.

    Peel the garlic and cut lengthwise into 2-3 parts. My cloves were already small, so I didn’t cut them. Make deep cuts in each drumstick with a knife. Stuff the drumsticks with garlic.

    Rub the drumsticks with the spice mixture and salt. My spices already included ground pepper, so I didn’t use it additionally. Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

    Wrap each drumstick in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the drumsticks in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 50 minutes.

This recipe made a very tasty and tender turkey. In order not to bother with the side dish, I added some new potatoes and cherry tomatoes under it and did not regret it - the baked and soaked ones turned out very tasty. When I rubbed the drumstick with spices and sauce, I also put a little under the skin - the meat became even more aromatic. The meat itself turned out to be very soft, juicy and tender, it simply separates into fibers itself, and the dish itself can serve not only as dinner, but also as a decoration festive table.
