Cut the fish carcass into steaks approximately 5 centimeters thick. You can buy ready-made tuna steaks (chilled or frozen). We will need three steaks (weight is approximate).

    Rinse the fish and dry thoroughly with kitchen towels. There should be no excess moisture left on the steaks. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, a mixture of ground peppers and dry Italian herbs in a deep, small container. Squeeze the lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt if necessary, but this is usually not necessary since soy sauce is salty. Mix everything.
