Tsada salad with beans and beef and sour cream with cucumbers

A very hearty, nutritious and tasty salad for lovers of meat salads. A friend found the culinary recipe for potato and bean salad “Tsada” with beef in an old notebook with recipes from her student youth. As a connoisseur of Georgian cuisine, I did not fail to immediately rewrite it. When I cooked it for the first time, I couldn’t believe that such seemingly ordinary products could turn out into something extraordinary. But it worked out, and when “Tsada” appears on the table, everyone has a real ravenous appetite. I cook it often, especially since you don’t need a lot of ingredients and they are almost always on hand.
