Trout with cheese baked in the oven

STEP 1

How to bake trout with cheese in the oven? Prepare your ingredients. I have suluguni cheese. But you can use any cheese you like. If you have hard cheese, it makes sense to grate the cheese.

Trout fillet or trout pieces with bones, rinse thoroughly and dry.
STEP 3

Wash and dry the basil, cilantro and parsley. You can take any greens to suit your taste. Peel the garlic.

Chop the greens with a knife.

Finely chop the garlic.

Depending on the chosen variety, cut the cheese into thin slices or grate it.

Place the trout in a parchment-lined baking dish, skin side down.

Salt and pepper the fish.

Place cheese slices or grated cheese on top of the greens.
