    Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Carefully pour the eggs onto the tortilla that is in the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the tortilla for 5-7 minutes. The eggs should be almost completely cooked.

    Rinse the green onions, dry and chop. Sprinkle the top of the eggs all over the surface.

    Wash the tomato, dry it and cut it into cubes. Place it on the eggs as well.

Tomatoes are perfect for this purpose, and green onions are almost undetectable. The best part is the cheese! It stretches so deliciously with thin threads) The crust is crispy, the filling is juicy and tender. And all together very tasty and satisfying. I liked the recipe and will make tortillas again.
