Tortilla with filling in a frying pan

STEP 1

How to make a stuffed tortilla in a frying pan? Prepare your ingredients. You can take ready-made tortillas, or you can bake them at home yourself. If you don't like green onions, replace them with fresh herbs or leeks.
STEP 2

Place a frying pan on low heat and heat it up. You can add a little vegetable oil if you want, but I usually don't. Place one tortilla in the pan and heat for 2 minutes. Then turn the tortilla over to the other side.
STEP 3

Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Carefully pour the eggs onto the tortilla that is in the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the tortilla for 5-7 minutes. The eggs should be almost completely cooked.
STEP 4

Rinse the green onions, dry and chop. Sprinkle the top of the eggs all over the surface.
STEP 5

Wash the tomato, dry it and cut it into cubes. Place it on the eggs as well.
STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and pour over the top of the tortilla.
STEP 7

Place the second tortilla on the cheese and press it down a little.
STEP 8

Using a wide spatula, carefully flip the tortilla over and fry for another 3-4 minutes. The bottom should be browned and the cheese should be melted.
STEP 9

Remove the tortilla from the pan and cut into four pieces. Serve the dish immediately before the cheese hardens.
