If you prepare it in winter, then choose small cucumbers with pimples. Tomatoes, of course, are meatier. And when choosing vegetables and fruits, I focus on the smell: the more aromatic they are, the tastier their taste will be. In fact, now and in winter you can find good, high-quality vegetables in stores.

    Unfortunately, my cucumber is long, but it is very fragrant. Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes well. It’s best to even use a special brush or detergent for washing fruits and vegetables, because when stored in a store, they are treated with who knows what.

    Cut off the “butts” of the cucumber and cut into half circles. In fact, the type of cutting can be absolutely any: there can be mugs, and even cubes. This does not affect the taste in any way.

    Cut out the stem of the tomatoes and cut them in any way convenient for you. I have these slices.

    Rinse the greens well and dry. Grind. Lately I've been chopping greens using scissors - it's a very convenient way to cut. It’s not at all necessary to take dill; any fresh herbs will do: maybe you like cilantro or parsley, or maybe green onions. In this matter, be guided by your preferences.

    Place the cucumbers in a bowl, add dill and salt. Also at this stage, you can add your favorite spices and seasonings to the salad: if you like it spicy, add garlic and ground pepper; if you prefer a sweeter taste, sprinkle with sweet paprika, you can even smoke it.

    Add chopped tomatoes, season with sour cream. Fat content is at your discretion. Of course, it is quite possible to replace sour cream with light yogurt for a more delicate taste or with mayonnaise for a more satisfying option.

Made from greenhouse vegetables, fresh dill and sour cream 15%. I made the salad very quickly and served it right away. If such a salad sits, the vegetables will become soggy, which I don’t like. The result is a fragrant and light vegetable salad for the whole family. I want to cook this dish every day. Sour cream dressing is my favorite; the combination of sour cream, dill and salt is something special. I can eat any salad with this dressing, it is simply stunningly delicious. After New Year's feasts, I want something simple, light and juicy! The tomato and cucumber salad was perfect! I cut the cucumbers into half rings, the tomatoes into slices, and chopped the dill. I combined all the ingredients, added salt, added a little smoked paprika and seasoned with sour cream. Juicy and very tasty!
