STEP 1
We prepare the necessary products for preparing three delicious and aromatic vegetable salads, peel two bell peppers and hard-boil two chicken eggs.
STEP 2
Cut the required amount of Chinese cabbage into thin strips and chop two sprigs of dill, then mix well and place in a deep plate.
STEP 3
Dice one tomato and place it on a common plate.
STEP 4
We also cut the cucumbers into cubes.
STEP 5
Place the chopped cucumbers on a common plate.
STEP 6
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix well and pour over vegetable oil to taste.
STEP 7
Cut two bell peppers into two parts and fill each half with cooked vegetables and place them on a plate. The first type of fresh and aromatic summer salad is ready.
STEP 8
To prepare the second type of salad, finely chop four hundred grams of radishes.
STEP 9
Add approximately equal amounts of chopped green onions and dill to the chopped radishes.
STEP 10
After mixing all the ingredients well, place them on a plate. Cut the tomato into thin rings, cut two boiled chicken eggs into quarters and place them on a plate around the radishes with herbs.
STEP 11
We prepare a dressing for the second type of salad from three tablespoons of sour cream with black pepper and salt to taste, mix it well, spread it on the tomatoes, then add sprigs of dill for decoration. The second type of fresh and aromatic summer salad is ready.
STEP 12
For the third type of salad, prepare a fragrant dressing and very finely chop a clove of garlic, place it in a bowl, add one tablespoon of olive oil and mix. Cut a large, but not overripe, tomato into centimeter rings.
STEP 13
Heat a frying pan well on the stove with two tablespoons of olive oil added to it and lay out the tomato rings, which we lightly fry for one or two minutes on each side.
STEP 14
Place lightly fried tomato rings on a plate, add salt to taste, pour garlic sauce on top, then decorate with sprigs of parsley and basil. The third type of fresh and aromatic summer salad is ready.
