  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pancakes with milk without eggs? Let's prepare the ingredients for the dough. With this composition, baking for tea turns out to be very cheap, and the ingredients for such pancakes can always be found at home.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour milk at room temperature into a deep bowl; if it is just from the refrigerator, you can heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds at maximum power. Add sugar and salt to the milk immediately; it’s better not to add too much sugar, otherwise the pancakes will start to burn quickly. If they are prepared as a dessert, then it is better to serve them with sweet additives, such as honey, condensed milk or jam.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Sift the wheat flour, it is better to do this a couple of times to enrich the flour with oxygen, this will ensure that the pancakes turn out especially soft and tender. Combine flour with soda, slaked with vinegar. Mix and pour it into a bowl of liquid.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix the ingredients with a hand whisk or mixer so that no lumps form.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then pour in vegetable oil and water at room temperature.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix the dough again. Please note that you may need a little more or a little less flour, depending on the desired consistency. It should turn out like liquid sour cream. Leave the dough for 15 minutes on the table. It's okay if there are a few lumps of flour left in the dough. During this time they will all disperse. After the specified time, mix the dough again and you can proceed to frying the pancakes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan (it is better to use a pancake maker or a frying pan with a good coating to which the pancakes will not stick). The oil needs to be heated well so that the first pancake does not stick. Using a ladle, pour the required amount of dough into the frying pan and help it spread over the entire surface of the frying pan. Reduce the heat to medium and fry the pancake for a few minutes on one side.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Then turn it over and continue frying the pancake until golden brown on the second side. I baked pancakes using this recipe for the first time and was afraid that the absence of eggs in the dough would affect the quality of the dough and the pancakes made from it. But the pancakes stick quite well from the pan and do not tear when turned over. Maybe, as a rule, the first pancake will not work out, but subsequent pancakes turned out perfectly thin and beautiful.

Even when there are no eggs in the house, you can pamper your family with delicious pancakes. Thin pancakes without eggs in milk cook quickly, resulting in a fragile edge. The pancakes themselves are thin and light. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

Today's recipe for eggless pancakes with milk is thin. Quick and easy, a minimum of ingredients, and the dough turned out tender, the pancakes were not thick. I simply mixed all the ingredients in a bowl, but added a little more flour than in the recipe, it seemed that the dough was completely liquid. I heated up a frying pan and baked pancakes in a small amount of oil, simply greasing the frying pan with oil before each pancake. I especially liked these pancakes with honey for tea. The texture of the dough is very tender, thin, and even without eggs these pancakes are very tasty and aromatic. The color of the pancakes is very light, but they were all perfectly baked, otherwise if you overcook them in the pan, the edges will become dry. I will definitely bake these eggless pancakes with milk more than once. Thanks to the author for the recipe.

Author, have you tried using baking powder instead of soda and vinegar? Is the result good? Thank you)))
