I made my grandmother’s thin pancakes with milk. I had homemade full-fat milk, as suggested in this recipe, but I had to use store-bought eggs. I liked the advice to take the products at room temperature, this way they will quickly combine into a homogeneous, lump-free dough, and I knead without using a mixer. My dough took about 1.5 cups of flour, I was guided more by the flow of dough during kneading than by the indicated amount. The pancakes turned out good, thin, but quite dense. The filling holds well in them. But it was also very tasty with honey for tea!
