The most tender buns

Incredibly tasty, airy, soft, aromatic and simple! The most delicate buns are very easy to prepare; even an inexperienced housewife can handle it! They take little time to prepare and you don’t have to bother with shaping the buns - you just roll them into a ball and bake them.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make the most tender buns? Prepare the products according to the list. It is advisable that all your products are at the same room temperature. Wash the egg and dry with napkins. Take milk of any fat content. You can change the amount of sugar to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First prepare the dough. Heat the milk until warm, pour into a bowl. Add one spoon of sugar and dry yeast, stir. Add two tablespoons of flour. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 20 minutes in a warm, draft-free place.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

After 20 minutes, the dough should begin to bubble well - this means that the yeast is fresh and good. If this does not happen, then the yeast is dead and you will have to start all over again with other yeast.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Lightly beat the raw egg with the remaining sugar. Melt the butter in any way convenient for you. Cool it until warm.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add the beaten egg and melted butter to the dough. Add salt.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Mix the egg-butter mixture well.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Start adding flour in parts, sifting it through a sieve. Between additions, stir the dough with a whisk; it will be liquid at first. It may take a little more or less flour. Don't add all the flour at once - it's easy to fill the dough with flour and the buns will turn out tough. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

When the dough starts to thicken, the whisk will no longer cope. I used a mixer, but you can knead with your hands. Knead the dough until it is medium thick, it will remain a little sticky.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Gather the dough into a ball. Grease the top with vegetable oil. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to rise.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

The dough will need to double in size.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Place the dough on the work surface. Do not sprinkle with flour, it will hardly stick anymore. Divide the dough into equal parts. I got 12.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Roll each part into a ball. These are bun preparations.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out the buns. cover the pan with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Brush the risen buns with beaten raw egg.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Bake the buns for about 20 minutes in the oven at 180°C until golden brown. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

The dough came up quickly and I decided to place the buns close together, just like the author. To decorate, I sprinkled them with white sesame seeds. Fluffy buns. Soft, tender. The most tender buns are good with jam.

Thank you very much for the great recipe! The buns turn out fluffy, light, and moderately sweet. For me it's perfect. Great with berry filling, jam or just like that.
