  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare a simple set of products.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with a fork or whisk. No need to beat until fluffy!

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

    Add milk.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Mix everything well.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Grease the molds or bowls, or cocotte makers - whatever is available - with odorless vegetable oil. You can even take cups or glasses - whatever you have)

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour a little of our “dough” into each mold. The products here are indicated for three servings, which means we divide the entire volume into three molds.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place a tablespoon of grated cheese in each mold. Place in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. At first the mass will rise well, then it will fall a little - this is all normal) If the omelette is runny, leave it for another minute. Be guided by your microwaves. My 850 W power - 3 minutes was enough for me.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Here is the finished omelette. Smells amazing!

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Brew tea or coffee, whatever you like, and treat your family to a morning omelette! May the morning be good!

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Bon appetit!

This is the second time I’ve prepared this dish, it turns out very tasty, quick and satisfying. I don’t “pour” three servings into separate bowls, since I add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the main liquid ingredients and then mix everything thoroughly, and replace the milk with cream of 10 percent fat content (I just personally like it better, the omelette turns out a little more delicate in taste). Only when I put the plate in the microwave did I remember that I had forgotten to grate the cheese, but decided to cut it and place it along the edge of the finished dish. I don’t think the taste will change at all. Thank you very much for the recipe!
