STEP 1

Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Then grate on a coarse grater. How to hard boil eggs? Place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change.
STEP 3
Remove the sprats from the jar and shake off the oil. The number of sprats should be equal to the number of tartlets. If you still have sprats left, you can chop them and add them to the filling.
STEP 4
Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 5
In a bowl, combine grated eggs, cottage cheese, chopped dill. Season the filling with salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
STEP 6
In addition to these spices, you can add your own to taste. To make the filling even more satisfying, you can add 2 tbsp. l. boiled rice.
STEP 7
Fill the tartlets with cheese and egg filling.
STEP 8
Place one sprat on top.
