Tart with lingonberries made from shortcrust pastry

Tart made from shortcrust pastry, sour cream and lingonberries. Despite the fact that I bake quite often and baking recipes take up half of the entire collection, there are at most 2-3 tarts among them. The other day I had some lingonberries at my disposal, so I decided to fill in the gaps and make this tart with them.

I have been looking at such forms for a long time in order to bake equally beautiful pies, and I always have a question: how to take them out? The edges are grooved, so you can't pry them with a spatula. Or did you turn it over onto the board?

You made a very beautiful tart. The recipe is also wonderful. Only I have nowhere to buy lingonberries. Can they be replaced with other berries?
