Sweet tomatoes in 3-liter jars

Unusually tasty, appetizing - a favorite preparation! Sweet tomatoes in 3-liter jars are prepared for the winter with an increased amount of sugar. Vegetables retain their natural aroma, remain elastic, and are perfect for the holiday table. The marinade also turns out unusually piquant.

In the summer I prepared sweet tomatoes in 3-liter jars for the winter and finally got around to them. It's incredibly tasty! The cooking process is very simple. I placed all the spices in a clean jar as described in the recipe. Afterwards tomatoes and bell peppers into strips. I poured boiling water over it, and then marinade with sugar, salt and vinegar. Everything is elementary! Opening a can of sweet tomatoes, I was delighted by the pleasant aroma. The brine in the jar picked up the aroma of bell pepper and had a very pleasant smell. The tomatoes are magnificent, they are tasty, juicy, with a slight taste of bell pepper, with a slight spiciness and sweetness at the same time. Super tasty! The marinade is simply a fairy tale, it is spicy, and sweet, and spicy, and delicious, beyond words. I really liked the bell pepper in this preparation, it played its role perfectly. This is now one of my favorite recipes! I recommend everyone to try it! Many thanks to the author 😊
