I wanted to make pancakes for tea. This was my first time baking such sweet pancakes. I noticed that they are a bit difficult to prepare and tend to stick to the pan. Apparently this is due to the sugar in the dough. But the pancakes turn out very elegant and ruddy - this is to my taste. The author of the recipe correctly advised eating sweet pancakes with milk with sour cream or something savory, because this dish is already a real dessert! For variety, I advise you to sometimes cook these pancakes.

The pancakes are very tasty, although they are not very thin. I cooked the dough for 15 minutes. I fried the pancakes for 30 minutes (in one non-stick frying pan).
