Stuffed beef fingers

These rolls can be made from any meat. In this recipe I wanted to combine zucchini and ham with my favorite beef. It seemed to me that such a filling would provide juiciness to the rolls and I was not mistaken. In addition to ham, you can use any raw-smoked or boiled-smoked cut.

    Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into very thin slices.

    Cut the beef pulp into thin slices.

    Cut the ham into thin slices. Place a slice of ham on the zucchini.
