After 30 minutes, when our dough has risen, combine it with beaten eggs, pour in vegetable oil

Mix with a spoon and then knead with your hands. You need to knead for 10-15 minutes. At this stage I often resort to the services of a bread maker - it copes with this process perfectly

While the pies are baking, prepare syrup to grease the pies so that they are shiny and beautiful. To do this, mix warm water (or milk) and sugar.
