I found on my favorite website how to cook trout. I decided to try it. All the products were right at hand. I just took the universal mivina seasoning and fish seasoning. I used regular lemon, onions and 20% fat sour cream. For the sauce, I mixed water with seasonings and sour cream. The trout was cleaned, washed and had its fins cut off. I didn’t cut it into pieces because my fish are small. I cut each trout into two parts. I placed the fish in the multicooker bowl and added onion and lemon on top. I poured the sauce over it and simmered it in the “stew” mode for half an hour as described in the recipe. It turned out to be a great dish. Fast, tasty and very appetizing. Stewed red fish in a slow cooker is simple, tasty and aromatic. For dinner I served it with mashed potatoes, topped with yushka, and steamed vegetables. The dinner turned out great. Many thanks to the author 😊
