I cook stewed vegetables all year round, but the set of vegetables changes depending on the season. This time on my table there was stewed red beans with vegetables. I cut the vegetables as recommended. I started by frying the onions, and then the carrots and all the other ingredients. I used dried bell peppers. When it was time to add salt along with it, I added dried parsley and basil, and also ground black pepper. I took ready-made beans from a jar. Immediately after turning off the stove, I put pressed garlic into the vegetables. The finished dish looks great on the table and is also very tasty!
