    How to make stewed rabbit with vegetables? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Divide the rabbit into portions, rinse in cold water and dry with a paper or cloth towel. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan (it is better to use a deep cast iron frying pan or with a thick bottom) and heat it over medium heat, add the cooked meat and fry, stirring occasionally, until whitened, 15-20 minutes.

    While the meat is roasting, prepare the vegetables. Wash the carrots and potatoes thoroughly and peel the skins, peel the onions. Rinse the vegetables with cold water and dry with paper or kitchen towel. Grate the carrots on a medium grater or chop into strips.
