Stewed chicken with potatoes in a slow cooker is a very tasty dish that my whole family liked! I love the “boney” parts of the chicken, and when stewed, such pieces give the potatoes a special delicate taste. I used almost all the chicken except the breast. I decided to fry everything in a slow cooker so as not to dirty the pan). First, I browned the chicken in two batches, which took 20 minutes in the “fry” mode. Then I fried the vegetables for 5 minutes (onion in half rings, carrots in cubes). My potatoes are young, tasty in themselves, I cut them into slices. In addition to the cucumber brine, I added the same amount of hot water. For flavor, I sprinkled it all with chicken seasoning. Knowing my multicooker, I set the “stew” mode for 40 minutes. And for another 20 minutes the potatoes and chicken simmered under the heat. The taste is simply incredible! The meat is very tender and easily falls off the bones. Potato wedges are coated in meat sauce soaked in vegetable juices. The brine added a special twist. In general, we ate this deliciousness in one day; we didn’t even have time to put it in the refrigerator). Julia, thank you for the recipe!
