    Cut the meat into small pieces. Turn the multicooker on to “fry” mode and heat until hot. Pour some vegetable oil and add chopped meat. Fry the meat for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.

    Vegetables: Peel onions and carrots and rinse to remove dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

    Add chopped vegetables to the meat, stir and fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes.

Stewed cabbage with meat in a slow cooker - that's what I'm having for lunch today! I cooked it with pork. Instead of tomato, I used homemade tomato sauce; it’s not thick, its consistency is closer to juice, so I didn’t add water, but took about 200 ml of sauce. I fried the pork until lightly browned, added chopped carrots and onions, added some salt, fried everything together for about five minutes, added shredded cabbage and tomato sauce to the slow cooker, stirred and cooked for exactly an hour in the “stew” mode. The dish turned out delicious. A win-win combination of meat and vegetables, very juicy, tasty, satisfying. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
