STEP 1
How to make stewed cabbage with meat in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any meat - beef, chicken, turkey or, like mine, pork.
STEP 2
Cut the meat into small pieces. Turn the multicooker on to “fry” mode and heat until hot. Pour some vegetable oil and add chopped meat. Fry the meat for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.
STEP 3
Vegetables: Peel onions and carrots and rinse to remove dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Add chopped vegetables to the meat, stir and fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes.
STEP 5
At this time, chop the cabbage.
STEP 6
Add cabbage to the multicooker bowl. In a separate glass, dissolve the tomato paste in a small amount of water and pour over the cabbage. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix everything, close the lid and turn on the “stew” mode for 1 hour. During cooking, you can stir the cabbage 1-2 times.
STEP 7
