    Wash the cabbage and remove the top leaves. Chop the cabbage into thin strips.

Excellent second course! Suitable for fasting people due to protein-rich beans, which can replace meat. Stewed cabbage on its own is very tasty, and if you fry it with onions and carrots, it will turn out even better. For spices I used dried basil and dill, as well as black pepper and smoked paprika. Instead of tomato paste I added homemade ketchup. A very tasty and filling dish! It’s simply delicious hot) Although my husband ate cabbage and beans even cold as a salad)
