Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 40 mins
STEP 1
Boil the beans until tender. Do not drain the water after cooking. At the end of cooking, add salt, adding half the amount of salt indicated in the ingredients.
STEP 2

Add the onion to the oil heated in a deep frying pan or saucepan and fry it until golden brown.
STEP 4
add paprika and finely chopped garlic to the fried onions
STEP 5
Add boiled or canned beans to the saucepan with the liquid in which they were cooked so that the beans are covered by at least 1.5 -2 cm. Simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.
STEP 6
Add tomato paste and salt to the saucepan, stir and simmer until the beans thicken.
STEP 7
Add dill and stir.
