Bright moments from childhood come to mind when I, a little chef, tried to help my grandmother cook borscht. The smell of fresh herbs and fried onions always brought a smile to my face. Family was at the center of my culinary world; it was she who taught me the importance of communal meals. Over the years, I discovered different cuisines: molecular gastronomy, Thai dishes, Spanish tapas - each discovery filled my heart with joy. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone and everyone can create something amazing in their own kitchen.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality at ISG International Hospitality School.
