Steamed zucchini is quick and tasty

Katyusha, you didn’t mix up the time. The zucchini will not have time to cook in 15 minutes. Moreover, you can cook it in a slow cooker, microwave, or steamed pan. Think for yourself, the water must boil, the zucchini must be exposed to steam at a certain temperature for the cooking process to begin, this is at least 5 minutes. The zucchini will not have time to cook in 10 minutes, even if you cut it very thinly. They will be raw and the crunch will not be very pleasant.
