Steam soufflé with cottage cheese
Amazingly delicious carrot and curd soufflé! Real jam! Returning from a walk, the son resolutely demands pie. No apple jam and no jam, only “the same as Mishka’s.” Mishka’s mother is a needlewoman and a food master, probably something super-duper. I trudge into the next doorway to learn the basics of making a pie. Five-year-old Mishka flies out towards him with another piece in his hands. Again on the street - to show off. I decisively ring the doorbell and within ten minutes I am leaving someone else’s apartment with the treasured recipe in my hand. This is not a pie at all, just a steam soufflé. Mishka has problems with his teeth (at least something is wrong with him) and does not like cottage cheese, so his mother prepares a steam soufflé, where the cottage cheese is not so noticeable.

A very tasty dessert, only it contains sour cream, but it’s not in the description, I added it to the dough. In general, no one at home likes boiled carrots, but here you don’t feel it at all, now children will eat healthy carrots and not even know it
