To make squid easier to clean, you can immerse the carcasses in boiling water for 30 seconds. Cut the prepared squid carcasses into rings. Cut the tail fins into strips.

    Cut the onion into half rings or cubes, as you prefer. In addition to the onion, you can also chop 1 clove of garlic.
