Of course, everyone has different tastes, but in my opinion it turns out boring caviar. Where are the carrots, tomatoes, peppers? These vegetables add brighter colors to any dish, and in preparations for the winter they are simply necessary, at least as a memory of summer.

Too much sugar. It seems to me better than 0.5 teaspoon per 300 g of beets.
